Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of AI data annotation projects within the Eco Governance team, ensuring SLAs and performance targets are met. Translate product/business needs into clear labeling requirements, coordinate cross-functionally across QA, vendors, and business teams, and run delivery governance with operating rhythms and escalation frameworks. Use dashboards, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis to maintain quality, and drive continuous process and automation improvements. Provide strategic reporting and manage risks and operational transitions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of multiple AI data annotation projects, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are met.
•Serve as the primary interface for internal requestors by translating product/business needs into labeling project requirements and delivery plans.
•Drive delivery governance and cross-functional collaboration by establishing operating rhythms, execution reviews, and escalation frameworks across QA, vendor, and business teams.
•Leverage data to manage performance through dashboard monitoring, anomaly detection, and data and root-cause analysis to maintain quality and efficiency.
•Lead continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, implementing workflow optimizations, partnering with tooling teams for automation and scalability, and managing risks and operational transitions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of project/program management experience in AI data annotation environments, large-scale data operations, content moderation, or related fields.
•Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English (Mandarin essential for Mandarin-language content; English primary working language).
•Proven ability to drive successful project and operational execution with cross-functional teams and third-party vendor partners.
•Strong data skills including Excel and SQL, plus experience using data-driven approaches for performance analysis and root-cause analysis.
•Experience optimizing operational quality and improving processes, with strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
