Job Summary

Lead and optimize a regional logistics operations organization across interior São Paulo sites (Jundiaí, Limeira, Mogi Mirim, Piracicaba) and Sudeste area, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant fulfillment. Build and develop a high-performance, cross-site team, drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and metrics, and partner with internal teams to optimize the Mercado Envios ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a mixed operations logistics structure across multiple sites to ensure efficient operations aligned with approved procedures and a safe working environment.
•Build, supervise, and develop a strong regional team, fostering good communication and collaboration across sites.
•Increase safety, quality, productivity and capacity of regional operations while managing around-the-clock activities.
•Achieve operational metrics, identify deviations, propose and implement improvement actions with the team.
•Develop partnerships with internal areas to maximize the overall ecosystem and deliver global optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
•Experience leading large and/or multidisciplinary teams.
•Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
•Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
•Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a track record of high-impact solutions.
