Job Summary

Deliver technical and operational support for ACH back-end processing, ensuring outgoing ACH files are processed timely and accurately in line with NACHA rules and applicable US laws. Resolve daily incoming exceptions, maintain customer contact data for ACH return and NOC notices, and process death notifications and reclamations to limit bank liability. Handle ACH disputes, support internal customer service requests, and assist with special projects, upgrades, and conversions.

•Process and balance outgoing ACH files timely and accurately in accordance with NACHA rules and applicable US laws.
•Resolve daily incoming exception entries.
•Maintain a customer contact database to ensure ACH return and NOC notices are sent accurately.
•Process death notifications and reclamations from the US Treasury to limit bank liability.
•Process ACH disputes and handle internal customer service calls/messages, plus assist with special projects, upgrades, and conversions.

•Intermediate accounting skills with mathematical aptitude and spreadsheet skills, including ability to calculate interest, commissions, percentages, and other figures.
