Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with top startups to identify where Codex can have the greatest impact on how teams build and ship software.
  • •Design and lead technical talks, live demos, workshops, hackathons, and repeatable hands-on programmes to drive sustained adoption.
  • •Work directly with selected customers to build Codex workflows, integrations, and automations; resolve technical blockers and evaluate effectiveness and reliability.
  • •Turn successful approaches into reusable code examples, guides, and tools that help more startups succeed with Codex and OpenAI’s platform.
  • •Translate customer experiences and developer feedback into actionable insights for OpenAI’s Product, Research, and Engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building at, founding, or working closely with early-stage startups and understanding their pace and trade-offs.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals and enjoyment building practical AI applications, integrations, and developer tools.
  • •Be an active user of Codex or other AI coding tools, with a thoughtful perspective on improving software development.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly through presentations, live demos, and hands-on workshops for developers and founders.
  • •Talent for translating complex technical ideas into engaging explanations, examples, and reusable resources.
