Key Responsibilities

•Set up and operate packaging and production equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep the work area clean and organized.
•Run and monitor packaging and production lines in a modern aseptic beverage facility, ensuring safety and efficiency while meeting Kerry’s standards.
•Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow and resolve issues promptly.
•Maintain documentation and use production systems to track performance and quality data.
•Follow safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, must be over 18 years
•Experience in manufacturing, food production, or high-speed packaging preferred
•Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
•Comfortable using computers and production systems (SAP a plus)
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching, repetitive motion) and willingness to work overtime or extended hours when needed
