Lead and deliver footprint and transformation projects across Alfa Laval's manufacturing operations in Jiangyin, driving site moves, new production lines, and production processes. Partner with cross-functional teams in a global project management office to improve governance, efficiency, and competitiveness while ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive footprint and transformation projects affecting manufacturing, assembly and warehousing in a cross-functional, international environment.
•Manage projects from early analysis through implementation, ensuring governance, timeline, budget and quality targets are met.
•Collaborate with global project management and operations teams to optimize processes and site-level performance.
•Coordinate with stakeholders to plan moves/new production lines, facility expansions or set-ups in alignment with strategic objectives.
•Identify opportunities for efficiency, risk mitigation and continuous improvement in production/site operations.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing both operations and projects in industrial/manufacturing settings, with direct project management experience preferred.
•Proven track record of projects expanding, moving or setting up production lines, factories, warehouses or other operations.
•Background from projects developing and launching production processes or products and investments in new equipment/machines, or operations excellence.
•University education and fluency in written and spoken English.
•Ability to adapt to cross-cultural, cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to provide efficient solutions.
