HR Business Partner Director - International

Serve as a senior HR Business Partner for the International leadership team, owning the people strategy end-to-end and building frameworks that scale across markets. Embed a consistent performance culture, align leadership and talent processes, and partner with TA to drive talent density. Lead change and transformation as Canva expands internationally, protect what makes the culture special, and act as the connective tissue between global strategy and local execution.
