Key Responsibilities

•Establish comprehensive QA frameworks for regional delivery teams to validate architecture and mitigate delivery risks.
•Oversee multiple concurrent enterprise modernization workstreams moving from legacy platforms to Snowflake.
•Negotiate complex, high-stakes SOWs and advise customer senior management and C-suite stakeholders on technical debt minimization, risk mitigation, and modernization ROI.
•Set clear regional operational objectives, delegate assignments to lower managers, and guide team performance.
•Own regional delivery revenue targets, drive quarterly forecast accuracy, and maintain adherence to long-term work plans and budgets.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
•Minimum 12 years in technical delivery, post-sales architecture, or management consulting.
•Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including managing multiple technical teams through subordinate managers or team leads.
•Demonstrated executive communication and client management skills, with the ability to influence thinking in sensitive situations.
•Deep foundational knowledge of cloud migrations and large-scale legacy database technologies (Teradata, Netezza, Exadata, etc.).
