Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and efficiently operate feed haul trucks to deliver feed to poultry farms.
  • •Conduct equipment inspections per company guidelines and report issues to the supervisor.
  • •Operate trucks to maintain product quality and integrity.
  • •Communicate with associates, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors about farm conditions and relevant updates.
  • •Pick up flocks as directed, follow housekeeping schedules with required PPE, and maintain clean work areas.

Key Requirements

  • •12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
  • •No positive drug or alcohol test in the previous 5 years.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal directions.
  • •Ability to drive a truck safely and follow driving/traffic rules, with good hand-eye coordination.
  • •Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more and operate a manual CMV.
