Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply US GAAP in day-to-day work and manage manufacturing costing (cost structure and logic).
  • •Maintain the SAP costing module, including standard cost updates, annual labor rate reviews, market quote support, and month-end closing for the costing module.
  • •Lead ETO (Engineer-to-Order) variance analysis and monitoring, and drive cost control with cost-saving calculations and BOM checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • •Coordinate annual inventory counts and continuously optimize inventory processes to improve inventory turnover (DOH), partnering with operations and closely managing inventory.
  • •Handle fixed asset (FA) accounting, including Capex planning, rolling forecasts, and CAR flow; assess obsolete/overstock inventory (E&O) to reduce PDSE CONC metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of manufacturing-related experience with strong commercial awareness.
  • •Good knowledge of US GAAP and solid financial analysis capability.
  • •Experience with cost-reduction or cost optimization projects is preferred.
  • •Fluent English communication (can be used as a work language), plus strong organization, planning, and logical analysis.
