Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assembly of automation systems, wellhead control panels, and chemical injection skids.
  • •Ensure work quality and safety across Avanceon facilities and sub-vendor/contractor environments.
  • •Estimate labor hours and secure PMT POs under the “No PO, No Service” policy, including change management for extra hours.
  • •Plan and procure consumables/tools/equipment, maintain calibration/testing equipment, and ensure proper handling of WIP materials.
  • •Support workforce competency planning, approve timesheets, facilitate PMT/IX testing, and implement automation initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing systems manufacturing (or similar) in an industrial setting.
  • •In-depth knowledge of control, electrical, assembling, and fabrication techniques.
  • •Familiarity with electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical scope execution in skid packages.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • •Experience participating in factory testing (FAT) activities with clients, plus a Diploma or Bachelor equivalent and relevant technical certifications/vocational training.
