Job Summary

Lead the design and development of agentic AI solutions embedded in Philips’ CRM ecosystem, integrating with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics and CPQ/CLM workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and development of agentic AI systems that execute autonomous actions across CRM platforms.
•Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM models into enterprise applications using OpenAI/Azure OpenAI and LangChain.
•Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools for AI-driven workflows.
•Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications and align solutions with CPQ/CLM processes.
