Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and support data solutions, APIs, tools, and processes to enable rapid business delivery.
  • •Collaborate with IT teams, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, information security, and LOB stakeholders to translate strategies into data-driven solutions.
  • •Serve as a technical expert for system/application design, performance, integration, and security issues.
  • •Build CI/CD pipelines and self-service build tools with automated deployment processes.
  • •Provide support and troubleshooting for data platforms, including escalated on-call support for critical incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Communicate ideas verbally and in writing to management, business and IT stakeholders.
  • •Fundamental understanding of distributed computing principles.
  • •Knowledge of application and data security concepts, best practices, and common vulnerabilities.
  • •Familiarity with one or more data engineering domains such as big data technologies, ETL tools, BI/reporting tools, messaging, data warehousing, Java, version control, CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation/virtualization, major cloud, or REST API design and development.
