Coordinate and execute special events for the Sales Department, managing operational setup/breakdown, client handoff, pre-shifts, meetings, and on-site communication to ensure smooth, high-quality guest service. Handle ticketing and retail requests, event paperwork and payment/billing via Micros, staff training and scheduling, and inventory/equipment/permit needs. Work varying venue schedules and maintain House of Blues service and standards throughout each event.
