Production Supervisor – Staging/Whole Bird- 2nd Shift- Waverly Plant

Lead safe, efficient production operations across the staging area and whole bird line, guiding hourly team members to keep work on schedule. Oversee shipment verification, inventory accuracy, waste-recovery support, and quality checks for whole-bird hanging and packaging. Partner with Quality Assurance to meet USDA and company food-safety standards (HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs), improve procedures to hit efficiency goals, and maintain end-of-shift documentation and reporting.
