Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage global industrial hygiene programs including respiratory protection, radiation safety, medical surveillance, noise control, arsenic, indoor air quality, laser safety, and exposure assessment.
  • •Support exposure assessments, hazard evaluations, and implementation of engineering and administrative controls, including Management of Change and new process/equipment risk reviews.
  • •Own and continuously improve key EHS programs to ensure regulatory and corporate EHS compliance.
  • •Optimize occupational health programs such as injury/illness case management, workers’ compensation improvements, and medical surveillance (e.g., respirator clearance and audiometry).
  • •Use EHS management systems and digital tools to drive compliance tracking, data integrity, performance insights, audits/inspections, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of relevant EHS / Industrial Hygiene experience, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
  • •Must be familiar with OSHA PEL, CAL OSHA, ACGIH TLV and BEI, NIOSH, SEMI S2, ANSI standards, and other local regulations.
  • •Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
