Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct VIP interviews and mid-career visits as part of the occupational health program
  • •Organize the service: scheduling of visits, trainings, meetings, pharmacy management, and records of workplace accidents
  • •Deliver trainings (e.g., SST refreshers, postures) and study workstations to propose corrective and preventive actions
  • •Lead active information and prevention campaigns on public health issues (alcohol, tobacco, hygiene, nutrition) depending on identified problems and needs
  • •Prepare medical examinations with biometric readings and sensory function tests and provide urgent care according to established protocols, vaccinate employees as prescribed, and assist the occupational physician in all activities

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma Infirmier d’État, registered with the Ordre National des Infirmiers and ADELI
  • •Hospital experience (SAU, médecine) and ideally training in Santé au Travail (D.U.)
  • •Interest in health and safety at work and in supporting colleagues on psychosocial risks
  • •Strong organization and logistics coordination skills
  • •Excellent listening, synthesis, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple activities, stress, and priorities
