  • •Partner closely with executives and hiring managers to calibrate, forecast, and course-correct hiring plans.
  • •Optimize tools, processes, and systems to drive speed, precision, and data hygiene across the recruiting funnel.
  • •Build a culture of excellence, feedback, and continuous improvement within the recruiting team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually
