•Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems and develop actionable, data-backed recommendations for leadership.
•Build business cases and financial models that identify opportunities and inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy.
•Develop and maintain understanding of competitive positioning, peer benchmarks, and the evolving crypto landscape.
•Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive changes across Institutional products.
•Own problems end-to-end and strengthen team capabilities by improving processes, frameworks, and operational tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,835 - 175,100 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy with end-to-end strategic workstream ownership.
•Ability to build quantitative models and business cases that influence executive or leadership decisions.
•Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets.
•Track record of delivering clear, concise written and verbal recommendations to senior stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
•SQL and BI tools or crypto analytics tools exposure is a plus (Hex, Superset, Looker; Dune Analytics, Etherscan).
