Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure quality and integrity of project delivery by bringing work in on schedule and within budget.
  • •Oversee total construction field effort so work is built according to design, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
  • •Manage contractor and construction deliverables, and supervise field execution for assigned disciplines or subsets of larger projects.
  • •Control project cost and schedule for on-site construction activities, capturing variations through commercial processes.
  • •Coordinate installation, commissioning, and completion activities, while defining and executing safety, quality, and environmental accountabilities including training, toolbox meetings, inspections, and risk controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree with a minimum of 15 years Oil and Gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (>500M USD) with Construction Management and Site Management focus.
  • •Experience on major capital projects (>500M USD), with construction management and site management focus.
  • •Experience within an Oil and Gas operating company is highly desired and may be considered in lieu of capital project experience.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • •Must be willing to travel extensively for multi-week periods and be flexible to adjust work location to support project needs.
