Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with senior stakeholders and effectively communicate insights into real change for customers.
•Identify payment flows that meet quality standards and determine reasons for any quality failures.
•Own and track key metrics and ensure accountability across the quarter, understanding how interventions improve quality scores.
•Expose large data sets in meaningful ways and support other teams in discovering insights from data.
•Build and maintain data pipelines, prepare reports, and create visualisations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 101,000 - 131,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience with SQL, dbt (ideally) and building data pipelines; able to independently design and implement new models.
•Strong quantitative skills with background in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, analytics, computing, or related fields.
•Strong communication skills with ability to translate business insights into persuasive analytical narratives that drive customer impact.
•Ability to structure business problems with minimal supervision and prioritise problems with stakeholders; take ownership of impact on customers.
•Proactive; experience with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and storytelling with data.
