Key Responsibilities

  • •Guarantee team performance across costs, quality, deadlines, and compliance with safety and HSE standards.
  • •Provide functional management of the end-to-end production ecosystem within scope and ensure maintenance of the production plan and customer daily expectations.
  • •Optimize production and repair work in progress to improve productivity and reduce rework, including managing standard costs and proposing improvements.
  • •Manage load/capacity and human resources to achieve overall efficiency and employee well-being through daily management and communication.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and Lean transformation using practices such as Gemba, FCTL, Andon, KAIZEN, InCIght, IObeya, and DOJOs while developing team autonomy and skills.
