Job Summary

Build and maintain the Salesforce platform for the Automation & CRM team, writing custom code in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Own the full development lifecycle from design and development through testing, code reviews, and deployment. Collaborate with product managers, administrators, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions, and provide technical support to fix bugs and improve platform performance.

•Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, code review, and deployment.
•Write custom code using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), applying object-oriented programming.
•Build system integrations and support existing platform features.
•Write clean, scalable, well-documented code following platform rules and industry standards.
•Collaborate with product managers, administrators, and business stakeholders and provide technical support to fix bugs and improve performance.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a software developer, ideally working on CRM or enterprise systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
•Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

•Experience building and consuming integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
•Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (plus).
