Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver customer projects from quote-to-cash execution, ensuring alignment with approved scope, timeline, cost, and quality expectations.
•Partner with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and documentation teams to enable smooth and efficient project execution.
•Monitor and manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, and profitability.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on project-related communication, issue resolution, and escalation management.
•Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, resource plans, and progress reporting.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading customer-facing projects in engineering, systems, software, automation, or related technical environments.
•Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management.
•Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a structured yet flexible way.
•Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
•Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
