Maintain and sharpen circular and band saw blades at the Iron Mountain Sawmill, ensuring they’re ready for daily production. Operate and maintain filing room equipment (including grinders, sharpeners, and tensioners), inspect blades for defects, troubleshoot blade and related equipment issues, and keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Work with mill operators to support seamless, high-quality production in a hands-on environment.
