Key Responsibilities

•Leadership: Drive a customer focused and proactive risk & compliance mindset across the team and organization, promoting ownership and continuous learning.
•People management: Coach and develop the QA team, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, and support development plans.
•Operational management: Own area of operations, drive improvements, collaborate with central functions, and ensure KPIs/SLAs are met.
•Performance management: Lead KPIs/OKRs, develop future leaders, and promote company values across the organization.
•Technical Excellence: Ensure QA outcomes accuracy for the domain, lead root cause analysis, and engage RCA support for complex topics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,450 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years proven experience in leading, coaching, and managing the performance of a technical or analytical team (5 to 20 employees) in a QA domain.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal) with ability to articulate recommendations clearly.
•Delivery: track record of delivering projects on time and analysing metrics to drive improvements.
•Self-development: committed to ongoing leadership development and deep domain expertise.
•Risk & Compliance expertise: ability to review policy and coach teams to deliver compliant QA outcomes.
