Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and improve internal operational systems such as procurement, onboarding, and vendor management.
  • •Build and improve go-to-market systems by partnering with engineering to make selling faster and more automated.
  • •Set up systems for smoother deal processes, coordinating with privacy, legal, sales, product, and engineering to manage deal volume.
  • •Partner with finance and engineering to build reporting that ties pipeline, deals, and revenue to planning and forecasting.
  • •Replace ad-hoc workarounds with durable operational plumbing and identify opportunities to prevent future bottlenecks as the company scales.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12+ years in business/GTM operations, revenue operations, BizOps, or strategy and operations, building foundations and operating independently.
  • •Understanding how GTM motions run (pipeline, enablement, deal flow) and experience building systems/infrastructure to make them faster and more consistent.
  • •Ability to design and build processes that work as a company scales.
  • •Comfort working across internal operations, GTM, product, and engineering to add value quickly.
  • •Analytically fluent with metrics, systems, and data; able to distill complexity into clear processes others can follow.
