Own the end-to-end implementation success motion for Storyblok customers, guiding scoping and translating requirements into clear Statements of Work. Partner with implementation and agency teams through delivery, manage risks and escalations, and ensure partners meet quality, timelines, and customer outcomes. Serve as the primary client point of accountability, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and support expansion opportunities through collaboration with Account Management and Customer Success.
