Job Summary

Hands-on piping professional responsible for reading isometrics and piping drawings, assembling carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy piping systems, and coordinating with welders and supervisors in Oil & Gas projects. Will prepare pipe spools, ensure dimensional accuracy, perform fit-up for butt/socket/threaded/flanged connections, and support testing/commissioning while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Read and interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and construction specifications.
•Measure, cut, bevel, align, fit-up, and assemble pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, and supports according to project requirements.
•Prepare pipe spools for welding and ensure proper alignment and dimensional accuracy.
•Install carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and other piping systems.
•Coordinate with welders, riggers, and supervisors to complete piping activities efficiently.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter in Oil & Gas industry.
•ITI / relevant educational background.
•Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, API, and project-specific piping standards.
•Knowledge of piping materials, fittings, valves, and fabrication techniques.
•Strong knowledge of piping installation practices.
