Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full accounting lifecycle for intangible assets, including capitalization, amortization, and impairment testing in line with IFRS/GAAP.
  • •Handle revenue recognition and inter-company transactions by applying transfer pricing policies and ensuring charges are fair, compliant, and well-documented.
  • •Prepare and analyze asset-related financial reports, schedules, and disclosures for monthly, quarterly, and annual statements; ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • •Support internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with R&D, legal, business development, and tax teams on IP-related decisions, budgeting/forecasting, and asset performance metrics/KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or a relevant field.
  • •Professional accounting qualification (CA/CMA or equivalent).
  • •10-12+ years of relevant experience in global organizations, including asset accounting/transfer pricing.
  • •Advanced expertise in statutory accounting and strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP, including IFRS 15/16, IAS 36, IAS 38).
  • •Proficiency with financial systems/ERP tools (e.g., SAP and BPC) and strong analytical skills for financial reporting and compliance.
