Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of electrical and mechanical engineers, balancing workload and mentoring to build technical capability.
  • •Deliver engineering outputs on time, including schematics, mechanical layouts, and complete EBOM packages, while driving on-time IFC release aligned to milestones.
  • •Monitor engineering KPIs such as quality, rework, and productivity to improve performance.
  • •Ensure compliance with IEC standards and internal engineering guidelines by establishing and enforcing design rules to minimize errors and late changes.
  • •Oversee engineering change management (ECR/ECO) and support technical issue resolution during assembly and FAT to minimize impact on production and schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • •5+ years in LV switchgear design engineering in a project-based or industrial manufacturing environment.

  • •Knowledge of IEC 61439 standards and project execution processes; familiarity with EPLAN Electric P8 is an advantage.
