Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a high-performing ARR Consolidation team as a player-coach
  • •Own end-to-end ARR forecasting, planning, and reporting
  • •Drive weekly and quarterly executive planning and review cycles (Executive updates, QRF, QBR, QFR) and annual planning
  • •Build and scale processes, tools, and automation for ARR reporting with Data Science and Finance Operations
  • •Act as a key cross-functional partner and deliver executive-ready insights for senior leadership, Board, and investor requests

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,700 - 256,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS/topline exposure (ARR/subscription metrics), including 3+ years of people management experience
  • •Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams
  • •Hands-on experience with planning tools (TM1, Hyperion) and business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar)
  • •Strong business partnership skills to drive alignment across cross-functional finance and business teams
  • •Excellent communication and storytelling skills with strong executive presence
