Wireline Field Crew Lead

Lead wireline operations at the wellsite and in the shop, ensuring safe execution of pre-job, well-site, and post-job activities. Coordinate logging and completions work with customer representatives and drill crews, maintain equipment, and manage assemblies records. Supervise and train junior operators, oversee competencies and onboarding/offboarding, and handle day-to-day team scheduling, documentation, and maintenance responsibilities.
