Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day running of multiple social and influencer campaigns from start to finish, including budget, timelines, and delivery quality.
  • •Identify and vet talent, negotiate contracts and fees, and oversee implementation across relevant channels.
  • •Report performance against agreed KPIs and act as the first point of escalation for project issues, resolving problems independently as needed.
  • •Serve as the primary client contact, manage expectations, provide timely updates and advice, and build long-term client relationships by meeting objectives and deadlines.
  • •Contribute to social and influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, and creative concepts; communicate effectively across internal teams and mentor junior team members.
