Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn all aspects of the Customer Delivery Specialist role, including safe and efficient truck operation.
  • •Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections according to DOT requirements and report problems to the Fleet department.
  • •Safely drive and maneuver a truck with GVW under or over 26,000 pounds.
  • •Service scheduled customers by end of shift, deliver product, and execute deliveries for promotions.
  • •Unload, merchandise, rotate, and remove products to meet PBV and customer standards, and obtain required delivery documentation/signatures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid Driver’s License.
  • •Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to first day of employment.
  • •Must be able to obtain a CDL permit by the 15th business day and 45 business days from hire if CDL is not currently held.
  • •Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
