Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach in an omni-channel retail environment. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, while meeting individual and store sales goals through cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandising, and asset protection.
