Job Summary

Join the marketing enablement team as a hands-on SFMC practitioner, delivering personalized, data-driven customer experiences across digital channels. You’ll execute and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization, support Pardot/Account Engagement, and own tracking and JavaScript-based behavioral data collection. Partner with data, CRM, web, and technology teams to build data flows, segmentation, experimentation, and implementable MarTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and maintain core Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Email Studio, and data relationships.
•Configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization assets (behaviours, events, profiles, recipes, campaigns, templates, experiments, and real-time decisioning logic).
•Support Pardot/Account Engagement execution, including form handlers, email templates, tracking, and landing pages.
•Own and enhance JavaScript-based tracking and integration changes for personalization activation, validating UTMs, custom events, cookies, iframes, pixels, and data layer pushes.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to establish data flows, troubleshoot issues, drive segmentation and targeting logic, and translate business requirements into implementable MarTech solutions.

Key Requirements

•Practical experience with data integration, tracking setup, and behavioral data capture.
•Knowledge of cookies, UTMs, pixels, web tracking, event capture, and customer behavior data.
•Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or equivalent platform credentials.
