Key Responsibilities

•Partner with customers to develop innovative new concepts and renovate current products tailored to customer needs.
•Coordinate launches of new products and run trials at Kerry manufacturing sites.
•Ensure applications are acceptable in regional/global markets, including criteria such as organic, allergen, and GM requirements.
•Apply analytical capabilities and techniques to underpin R&D and development projects and align with global analytical teams.
•Lead cross-functional teams and act as the primary R&D contact for key customers, providing concept development, sample delivery, and technical support.

Key Requirements

•BSc in Food Science or equivalent (higher degrees advantageous)
•5 years of relevant experience (minimum 2 in Food & Beverage industry)
•Expert in Beverage Technologies and Flavour Application
•Creative and Innovative Thinking, Scientific and Technical Expertise
•Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting abilities
