Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the creation of service offers and conduct pre-sales/avant-vente activities.
  • •Ensure technical, operational, and financial coherence of offer assumptions and represent the company during offer defense.
  • •Identify new client needs, run discussions to anticipate expectations, and propose high-value service opportunities.
  • •Lead SOC Build & Run projects end-to-end, managing cross-functional internal teams and service providers.
  • •Own client relationship and contract follow-up, including governance participation, escalations, improvement plans, and financial tracking (revenue, margin, invoicing, cash flow).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working in a SOC environment.
  • •Experience with SOC solutions such as Splunk, Sekoia, Chronicle, SentinelOne, Microsoft Sentinel, HarfangLab, Cortex, and similar technologies.
  • •Ability to pilot complex environments: structure, plan, anticipate risks, and manage financial stakes while delivering client value.
  • •Lead and enable multidisciplinary teams around shared objectives with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •English proficiency to operate in an international context.
