Job Summary

Own and drive the Fund Services product roadmap with a focus on Investor AML/KYC. Lead definition of the product proposition and support design and evolution of operating models across multiple client segments. Partner with product, operations, technology, and risk stakeholders to deliver regulatory and client-driven changes across Asia and Europe, including direct client engagement and product risk ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive the Investor AML/KYC product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
•Define the product proposition and support the design and evolution of operating models across multiple client segments.
•Partner with IT and Global Product Delivery to align future-state architecture and platform evolution.
•Engage clients to validate the proposition, gather feedback, and translate insights into product enhancements; support onboarding and BAU product support as needed.
•Act as a product risk owner with strong financial crime risk stewardship and embed robust controls into the product and operating model.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in financial services with strong exposure to Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Trustee, or closely related fund servicing activities.
•Deep expertise in Investor AML/KYC and financial crime control, ideally in Transfer Agency and/or Trustee contexts.
•Strong understanding of funds industry, securities markets, and relevant market infrastructure.
•Solid grasp of the technology landscape supporting the product, including core Transfer Agency and AML/KYC platforms and digital enablement.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
