Job Summary

Oversee all daily production activities to meet targets and customer requirements, managing resources, schedules, and inventory for the rental fleet. Monitor tool service, parts and tool inventory, scrap/serial tracking, receiving, and coordinate with Quality Control and Purchasing on incoming part inspection. Lead production priorities, budget planning, ERP-based manufacturing and inventory functions, and drive Lean Production improvements while evaluating performance and training employees.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily production expectations and ensure operations align with production targets and customer requirements.
•Manage production processes, priorities, work assignments, and inventory methods to meet production schedules and customer orders.
•Monitor and maintain parts inventory, tool inventory by work type, and scrap tracking of tool serial numbers.
•Manage daily and weekly receiving for the rental fleet and coordinate with Quality Control and Purchasing on incoming part inspection and disposition.
•Evaluate employee performance, schedule and coordinate training and cross-training, enforce safety rules, and participate in Lean Production initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field and/or 10 years of manufacturing operations experience.
•At least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
•Strong mechanical skills and the ability to operate production-related machinery.
•Ability to prioritize work based on fluctuating workloads and manage deadlines and ongoing projects.
•Ability to execute management responsibilities per company policies and applicable laws.
