  • •Oversee daily production expectations and ensure operations align with production targets and customer requirements.
  • •Manage production processes, priorities, work assignments, and inventory methods to meet production schedules and customer orders.
  • •Monitor and maintain parts inventory, tool inventory by work type, and scrap tracking of tool serial numbers.
  • •Manage daily and weekly receiving for the rental fleet and coordinate with Quality Control and Purchasing on incoming part inspection and disposition.
  • •Evaluate employee performance, schedule and coordinate training and cross-training, enforce safety rules, and participate in Lean Production initiatives.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field and/or 10 years of manufacturing operations experience.

  • •Ability to prioritize work based on fluctuating workloads and manage deadlines and ongoing projects.
