Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop GenAI applications from idea to productive use, using Python and modern AI frameworks.
  • •Design and implement agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures using foundation and large language models in secure enterprise environments.
  • •Integrate AI solutions with existing APIs, data platforms, enterprise applications, and legacy systems, including building robust data pipelines.
  • •Build evaluation, monitoring, and observability capabilities to meet quality, security, privacy, scalability, and latency requirements for GenAI systems.
  • •Run technical discovery sessions and engineering workshops, translating requirements into solution architectures and collaborating closely with customer engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience with several years in software/AI/machine learning engineering.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python (or a comparable language) and experience building production-ready AI/GenAI applications.
  • •Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, foundation models, agentic workflows or multi-agent systems, including frameworks like LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit, LangChain, or CrewAI.
  • •Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases, and integrating them into modern AI applications.
  • •Understanding of CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and reliable operations of AI applications; comfortable communicating complex technical topics in German and English.
