Job Summary

Maintain clients’ IT infrastructure as a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) by proactively monitoring systems, handling incidents and requests within SLAs, and updating tickets with investigation and resolution details. Triage and log issues before escalation, collaborate with internal teams and clients for second-level support, and execute risk-aware changes with documentation. Audit ticket quality, recommend improvements and automation opportunities, manage client escalations, and support disaster recovery activities when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor systems, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems.
•Manage work queues by addressing incidents and requests within agreed SLAs and updating tickets with actions taken.
•Identify, analyze, and log issues before they escalate; collaborate with other teams and clients for second-level support.
•Execute changes with risk mitigation and contribute to change management with detailed documentation.
•Audit incident/request tickets for quality, recommend improvements and automation opportunities, handle client escalations, and assist with disaster recovery tests.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles supporting cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties.
•Ability to plan work and projects while accounting for changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
