Guide customers in a Lucid Studio from initial sales conversations through transaction facilitation and successful delivery. You will assess needs, explain Lucid products, educate customers on competitive offerings, and manage a disciplined sales pipeline in Salesforce. Support order-to-delivery steps including financing/leasing applications, documentation and vehicle readiness, registration, and payment coordination, while maintaining clear, regular communication and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
