Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate failure investigations in Operations and Repair & Maintenance under broad direction.
  • •Pro-actively implement solutions based on data from failure and trend analysis to mitigate repeat failures.
  • •Create and distribute customer failure reports and communicate best practices after investigations.
  • •Review and resolve gaps between local processes and Halliburton Management System (HMS) Standards.
  • •Update and maintain district and global Service Quality databases to ensure metrics are accurate for reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Coordinate failure investigations and implement data-driven solutions to mitigate recurring issues.
  • •Ability to prepare and distribute customer failure reports and communicate best practices.
  • •Review and resolve gaps between local processes and HMS Standards; maintain SQ databases for accurate reporting.
  • •Provide SQ leadership to the local operation team and lead SQ reviews and audits.
