Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate failure investigations in Operations and Repair & Maintenance under broad direction.
•Pro-actively implement solutions based on data from failure and trend analysis to mitigate repeat failures.
•Create and distribute customer failure reports and communicate best practices after investigations.
•Review and resolve gaps between local processes and Halliburton Management System (HMS) Standards.
•Update and maintain district and global Service Quality databases to ensure metrics are accurate for reporting.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
•Coordinate failure investigations and implement data-driven solutions to mitigate recurring issues.
•Ability to prepare and distribute customer failure reports and communicate best practices.
•Review and resolve gaps between local processes and HMS Standards; maintain SQ databases for accurate reporting.
•Provide SQ leadership to the local operation team and lead SQ reviews and audits.
