Key Responsibilities

  • •Support NorthAm leadership in creating and delivering the audit universe, risk assessment, and audit plan for applicable entities.
  • •Help implement and operate the internal audit assurance framework, including continuous monitoring and automated audit routines.
  • •Deliver audits according to the audit plan to provide timely, relevant audit outcomes.
  • •Integrate into and contribute to a self-sufficient internal audit team.
  • •Monitor implementation of internal audit recommendations and measure effectiveness of improvements; manage stakeholder relationships and travel as needed.

Salary: USD 89,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in external or internal audit, assurance, or internal controls within the financial services industry, fintech, or a technology company.
  • •Experience delivering work in highly regulated environments in fintech or financial services (highly preferred).
  • •Familiarity with the North American regulatory landscape (OCC, CFPB, FinCEN, FINRA, state regulators, RPAA, Bank of Canada) and relevant frameworks for licensed entities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •At least one professional certification or actively working towards one: CFE, CIA, CISA, CPA, or CAMS.
