Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide acoustic consultancy services to support the technical and commercial needs of the business.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large, national projects within Australia.
  • •Conduct environmental acoustics and vibration investigations, including noise/vibration impact assessments, monitoring and site inspections.
  • •Develop relationships with internal and external clients and contribute to proposal writing.
  • •Prepare technical reports and assist in coaching and mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
  • •10 to 15 years of experience in acoustics, noise and/or vibration within a consultancy environment.
  • •Demonstrated technical skills across a broad range of disciplines within Australia or New Zealand is essential.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Australian acoustic standards and guidelines.
  • •Experience using acoustics software such as SoundPlan, CadnaA or equivalent, and mapping software like QGIS or AutoCAD.
