Lead a team of KYC Analysts responsible for customer due diligence and keeping KYC records accurate and up to date. Oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and manage performance against KPIs and quality standards. Drive process improvements, support complex high-risk cases, and apply a risk-based approach to deter money laundering and financial crime while ensuring regulatory obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations of a team of KYC Analysts, ensuring thorough customer due diligence reviews and up-to-date KYC records per internal policies.
•Coach and develop analysts by running development plans, check-ins, and career progression recommendations including promotions and salary raises.
•Identify and propose process improvements, coordinate with stakeholders and other operations teams, and support complex, high-risk cases and escalations.
•Measure team KPIs and quality standards, run regular one-on-ones and team meetings, and maintain a strong customer experience focus.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory obligations and risk-based AML/KYC practices, perform deep dives on problematic cases, and analyze quality metrics to mitigate risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your thoughts.
•2+ years of operations experience, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or Risk Assessment.
•Good understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding KYC/AML.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent organisational and time management abilities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
•Ability to analyze and work with team metrics, and take ownership in challenging situations.
