Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead occupancy demand forecasting by partnering with business division and G&A leaders to maintain rolling 18–24 month space demand forecasts (quarterly refresh).
  • •Analyze adjacency requirements and develop portfolio allocation options to balance individual and enterprise needs, facilitating cross-organizational governance decisions (biannual refresh).
  • •Partner with Facilities Workplace teams and Design & Construction to develop detailed occupancy and construction execution plans, driving change management and phasing for relocations.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow the Space Planning team; implement best-in-class tools, processes, and data-driven methodologies such as stack planning and utilization analytics.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, G&A executives, and RE&F peers to align occupancy plans with broader portfolio strategy, workplace standards, and business priorities.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in space planning, occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or facilities planning, including at least 5 years leading complex, multi-building portfolios.
  • •Experience in fast-growing manufacturing technology or similarly dynamic multi-division organizations, with exposure to R&D, industrial, and office environments.
  • •Ability to translate business forecasts and technical requirements into actionable space plans; proficiency with space management software (IWMS, CAFM, stack planning) plus data analytics and scenario modeling.
  • •Proven leadership and influence in matrixed environments, including building high-performing teams and facilitating with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, or related field (Master’s or certifications like COREnet, IFMA, or AIA a plus).
