Compliance Engineer/Specialist

Monitor, identify, and address potential violations of laws and regulations affecting power generation operations across Antelope Elk Energy Center, Mustang Station, and Panhandle Wind Ranch. Draft and update compliance policies and procedures, complete regulatory forms, and maintain compliance documentation and evidence. Investigate ethics and compliance matters, support NERC awareness and training, coordinate responses to FERC/NERC/Regional Entities, and serve as a contact for government agencies.
